Dolphin Spotting Kizimkazi

The seas surrounding Kizimkazi in the south are home to a large number of bottle-nosed and spinner dolphins, beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish. After a couple of hours in the boat and the water with the dolphins, you will return to the beautiful beach of Kizimkazi, where you can enjoy lunch and a swim in the shallow waters. On the way back to Stone Town you can stop by the Jozani rainforest see colobus monkey.

Prison Island

Prison island is located a mere twenty minutes by boat from Stone Town. This relaxing excursion allows you to experience the coral rag forest where giant Aldabra tortoises shuffle through the trees. You can snorkel in the clear waters, take a hiking trail on the island, or soak up the sun on the powder white beach. Thatched bandas are dotted along the waterfront, available for hire if you wish to stay the night.

Sunset Dhow Cruise

Step onto the deck of our traditional dhow, relax and sail away on a magical sunset cruise slicing through the clear turquoise water. Swim With Turtles

Swimming, feeding and touching the giant tortoise and the fish in the natural aquarium in Nungwi is an extraordinary experience for anyone loving the experience of interacting with animals. Time will allow swimming in the clear blue waters at Nungwi.  

Ocean Spray Snorkeling and Sandbank Pick-Nick

This is a private full day tour for you that want to have a feeling of being all alone in the nature. A local boat will take you the untouched sandbank with crystal clear blue water to discover an underwater world filled with marine life and corals of brilliant colours. Mnemba Island Reef

Mnemba Island is a marine conservation area with a vast oval reef system, 7*4 km in extent, located about 2 km off the northeast coast of Zanzibar. The reef surrounding the Island is colourful and you can expect to see lion fish, moray eels, stingrays and turtles swimming around in the shallow water.

Tumbatu Snorkeling

Tumbatu is an unexplored island situated north – east of Zanzibar which will be reached after a 30 minutes boat trip from Mkokotoni. Since the island is seldom visited this trip is a rare opportunity to experience something authentic and untouched. The reefs are intact and colourful and are habited by hundreds of different fish spices.

Safari Blue

A full day sailing/snorkeling/sunbathing on a traditional dhow and sea food barbecue. Setting sail from Fumba, you will explore the Menai bay where dolphins are often sighted. When dropping the anchor at Kwale sandbank, you can snorkel in the coral reefs. At Kwale Island you will be served a buffet of grilled fish, lobster, calamari, chicken and coconut rice. Then the boat sails to a stunning natural lagoon where is opportunity to swim, before the day is over.

Spice Tour

In Zanzibar spice tour you will be given an insight into the local life and find tropical fruits, spices and rare species of plants. Depending on the seasons, you will get vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, lemon grass, cloves, ylang ylang, cumin garlic, ginger, coriander, pepper, tamarind, chili, oregano and many others. Learn about the properties and origins of each spice, and their use as medicines or in food and drink. Be sure to smell and taste everything on offer! Jozani Rain Forest

In the south of the island, Jozani rainforest is a hot-spot of biodiversity and stunning scenery. The rainforest is home to a number of endemic species, including the very rare Red Colobus Monkey, only found in Zanzibar. Other animals to be seen when walking the natural trails lined with eucalyptus and mahogany trees, is blue Sykes Monkeys, elephant shrews and bush babies.

Stone Town

Zanzibar’s stone town is the largest, living, Swahili stone town in the world, and was designated a “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO in 2000. There are over 1000 coral “stone” buildings having architectural significance and more than 200 carved doors. But, despite the quaint, crumbling architecture, Stone Town is still very much alive with busy, narrow streets, linking homes, shops, workshops and schools. In the late afternoon, local people like to sit outside, drinking coffee, talking and praying board games. It’s well worth doing a walking tour, taking in Malindi Mosque, Old Dispensary, Old Customs House, Palace Museum, House of Wonders (Museums), Old Fort, Catholic Cathedral, Hamamni Baths and the Old Slave Market. Feel free to take a break at any of the numerous cafes, restaurants and hotels, many offering freshly prepared dishes with sea views or roof–top panoramas.
